From the Caribbean back to Solothurn: After 22 years of working experience as a hotel manager on St. Lucia, Martina Roth – native of Solothurn – has returned to her hometown to take over the management. She will be bringing her passion for high-quality service to her work every day.

Judith Knuchel is the hotel’s management secretary and language teacher. She loves interaction with people from different cultures – at the reception desk, in class and when travelling around the world.

Although she has only been working in our hotel for a little while, she’s an indispensable part of our team. She quickly gained confidence in her cleaning skills. The Hungarian is learning the German language with great enthusiasm.

Nebiha M'halla Khemir has decades of experience in the hospitality industry and has a knack for transforming dirty hotel rooms into sparkling clean, welcoming rooms. Her good humour adds to the team spirit.

Franziska Kopp-Rufer is our new breakfast cook. She is not only well-versed in languages and service, but also contributes to a cosy ambience in the hotel thanks to her artistic talent.

Getting up early to prepare the buffet doesn't seem to dampen her spirits at all. Her cheerful nature - along with our delicious breakfast - gets our guests' day off to a good start.

After only a year on the job, our new guest attendant has settled in well. She is always curious to see which guests are arriving and knows how to stroke their legs and look at them trustingly.
